The utility guides you through various workout routines and thus complements the existing fitness features of the Apple Watch. With the subscription, one gets access to the training catalogue, which includes a wide range of different sport categories. For most categories, such as dancing, yoga, high intensity training, core or running, no equipment is needed to perform the exercises.
